He not only helped match what we have, but got on his knees to put together 5 boxes of planks for us as they were all separated out. He did all of this with a smile and a great attitude. Jeremy understands customer service and deserves a raise. 👏🏼

Today I was in a long line and the cashier closed as I finally got close, no apology, just snapped that she was closed. The other line is the slowest older gentleman ever to work a checkout line, and everyone is waiting in his one line now. Middle of the workday rush, lots of people checking out, and it's at a standstill over here.

I spent over $1,100 on materials and requested delivery. From that point on, everything went downhill: Double-Charged: For some reason, they split my single order into two separate shipments without my consent. As a result, I was charged for delivery twice. Zero Accountability: When I went to the store in person to resolve this, the staff was completely unhelpful. They claimed they "don't handle delivery" and that it’s managed by a third-party contractor. Poor Attitude: Instead of taking responsibility for their partner or the logistics of an order placed with them, they told me it wasn't their problem. They gave me a different phone number and told me to "deal with it myself."

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
