I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and reliability at this Lowe's location. Recently, I had a terrible experience with a refrigerator purchase. The delivery was delayed multiple times. They would promise one date, fail to deliver, reschedule for another day, and then call to cancel again. It was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I went in today to return a faucet part that didn't fit. The two women working the customer service desk were not friendly at all. It honestly felt like I was personally inconveniencing them just by being there, as if I had made them come to work on their day off. Lowe's seriously needs to look into their delivery communication and retrain their front-counter staff on basic professionalism.
