    Huge shoutout to Quell, who I kept calling Quinn. He was patient and went over each washer and dryer set until we found exactly what we were looking for. Thanks a million for the customer service shown throughout the entire process!

    I am deeply disturbed by an experience I had today, May 9th, around 1:30 PM during the MyLowe’s Rewards flower promotion. My husband and I approached the station to collect our flowers, and after verifying my account, I politely asked the associate, Raven, if I could exchange the dead flowers she handed me for healthy ones. Instead of a professional response, she flatly refused and stated, "The last time we let 'you people' do that, it was a big mess." When I immediately asked her to clarify what she meant by "you people," she became flustered and tried to claim she meant "customers." As a loyal rewards member and a frequent shopper whose husband is actually a former employee of this specific location, I found this comment to be pointedly discriminatory and unacceptable. We have spent a significant amount of money at this store, but this type of behavior is a total contradiction of the "discrimination-free" environment Lowe’s claims to provide. I have already contacted the store manager, Brian Smith, and I am expecting a formal response regarding how this will be handled. Behavior like this should not be tolerated in our community.

    Thanks to Mitchell and Rose in the garden center for helping us get everything we needed. Your help was much appreciated. This is an update to my original review. After laying the block I found there to only be 107 block on the open pallet of blocks, even though I was charged for 154. I returned to the store and explained that a full pallet contained 126 blocks. The manager, Cynthia after hearing my concern decided she would not make an adjustment. I understand and accept this. However, I did explain that her decision left me with no other option than to update my original review. Cynthia, this could have been resolved easily by talking to your employees. But Cynthia decided it was not worth her time. Cynthia, you earned this review for Lowe’s, right is right The response provided directs me to call a 1800 number. I did that and they have no idea why I was told to contact them. I feel the response is disingenuous. If you really wanted to have contacted me I left my contact information with the asst mngr Cynthia. I was able to find more block as these were clearance. Pascagoula had some and I purchased. Problem solved. The review I stand behind. I would hope you would take more time to listen and resolve issues. Your ratings would reflect your efforts.
