This review is about two employees. Colton in the pro shop part of the business and the other guy whose name I didn’t get. These guys were amazing. I had a custom order and took my carpenter with me. We told them what we needed, and Colton and the other guy proceeded to work with my Carpenter to build exactly what I needed and gave me options from two different companies that the item could be ordered from. I had previously been to Lowe’s trying to order this myself and the person helping me tried to push me in other directions and also wanted me to use Lowes installation services, which I’ve not heard great things about from friends who did use Lowe’s installers. Never once did Colton say well y’all should use our service - he didn’t push me in any direction and the only thing he did was continually ask me and my carpenter questions so that he could build what I needed. When we got to the second half of my order, Colton said that he could not fulfill it because of a particular size that I needed that none of the manufacturers that Lowes worked with provided, so he suggested that I go to Home Depot in Tupelo because he knew that they worked with different manufacturers that possibly could do the size that I needed and again he suggested calling their pro shop on the phone before I drove down there. This reminded me of the scene in the movie Miracle on 34th St. where the two department stores in New York City started referring people to their competitors when they didn’t have what the customers wanted. That made me extremely proud for Lowes that they have an employee that puts the customer first. Thank you, Colton

Worst customer service ever. I drove 40 min to get here. I called ion my way,asked for 2 rolls of fencing 10ft by 6t. Girl was rude said she wouldn't know the item number and that they were closed vim being forced to remove my 10 large dogs and moved them close to highways. Du to the construction all over Ms. I got lost why I was late getting there. Figured since COVID they took would have curbside pick u. I know what 1 roll cost
2 would be a $200+ purchase. Now that I have to go to Walmart because a dnob couldn't be kind for once I. Her meek life, I'm telling everyone. Well Walmart, u win again. Never going to Lowe's again. I do owe there credit company but that's different. 7 awesome 18 months old.perfect family dogs need loving home. Sorry Lowe's not all sales make it to the register. Many are turned away. I guess pocket change sales don't matterm

Very friendly and helpful staff, They're always eager to help you find what you need. The store is INCREDIBLY dirty however. My partner and I were there to buy a drill and they ended up with oil stains all over their clothes that we ended up having to throw out. Not to mention the copious amount of dust, Miserable if you have dust allergies like I do.
