  I enjoy DIY projects and often shop at Lowe’s for home improvement needs. Unfortunately, I have consistently had poor customer service experiences at this particular location. On my most recent visit, I needed assistance in the custom blinds department. After an associate called for help over the intercom, I waited about 10 minutes with no response. I found another employee, who made a second announcement, but after another 10 minutes, no one had arrived. When I asked for assistance again, the employee sighed, laughed while calling someone, and told me someone would be there shortly. When the associate finally arrived, the interaction was equally disappointing. I explained that I needed replacement blinds for a rental property and provided the measurements. When asked what brand I wanted, I explained I wasn’t sure and was simply looking for guidance on my options. Instead, I was told they didn’t have my size. After showing that the Lowe’s app listed the blinds as available through custom order, I was simply asked if I needed anything else, without any attempt to help further. I left and purchased the blinds elsewhere. As a member of a military family, we relocate frequently and have shopped at many Lowe’s stores. Unfortunately, the Columbus location has consistently provided the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. Many coworkers and friends at Columbus AFB have shared similar experiences, and several of us avoid this store whenever possible despite the military discount because the service is often not worth the frustration.

  Went to store yesterday to buy a nailgun. Called over loudspeaker three times and nobody showed up.I guess my money isn’t good enough for Lowe’s. I won’t be going back

  Lowe's is a great place to shop... Aisles are labeled so you can easily access what you need 💯 Occasionally No one is in the department to help but they have call assistant

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with Lowe's (Columbus, MS) has been beyond frustrating. My vinyl plank flooring has been scheduled for delivery three separate times, and all three deliveries were missed. Each time, I took off work and stayed home all day waiting, only for no delivery to arrive. That's not just an inconvenience—it costs customers valuable time and money. What made this even more frustrating was the misinformation I received. I went into the store seeking an update, and an associate assured me my flooring was on the truck and would be delivered on July 16. I trusted that information, rearranged my day, and waited...only for no one to show up. There was no phone call, no email, and no explanation. The most disappointing part isn't even the delay—it's the complete lack of communication and accountability. If there is a problem with inventory or delivery, be transparent with your customers instead of providing inaccurate information and leaving them waiting all day. Lowe's has failed to deliver my order three times and has repeatedly failed to communicate honestly about its status. That is simply unacceptable customer service. Customers should not have to chase down answers or sacrifice work and personal time because a company cannot keep its delivery commitments. I hope Lowe's takes this feedback seriously and improves its delivery process and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering flooring for delivery from this store.

  I took two name brand tools , a dewalt charger and a lufkin tape measure back to them for the " lifetime warranty". They would not honor the name brand tools. They said I had to have a receipt. I told them the ink'd come off of my receipts. They said they only kept records for two years back. I said, how can you offer a lifetime warranty on tools?When you only keep records for2 years. I'\nM sure they probably get some scammers.However I own Lamar construction. Hi i'm done using Lowe's. If you cannot order your word , you are worthless. The woman that customer service offered me her phone.Because I told her I was going to post review. She was a jerk , and that was in Columbus mississippi. I hope the Lord God blesses her with a better job.Because she doesn't need to work there.
