Never buy a appliance from Lowes !!!!!! first of all , they don't keep them in stock and took two weeks to deliver it. It took over a week to find out what day it was being delivered. Waited all day for delivery driver.
We buy a 2200 dollar frigidaire gallery refrigerator. Under 2 months it stops working. Call lowes, no help at all.. then call frigidaire several times. Then took a week for them to tell us it will be another week until they can get a service guy.

I like the Oak Grove location. It’s not as big as some of the Lowe’s locations, but seem to have items I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Maverick is the man not sure how he isn’t store manager nothing but professional and courteous. Brandon also met with us and I can see why he is assistant store manager. This is one of the best Lowe’s I have been too and I am avid traveler and I traveled over 9+ hours away. 10/10 for this store especially at 9pm.

Moved to Union about 3 yrs ago. We bought a new washer/dryer pair and bought the extended warranty. Last year Lowe's replaced my washer because the parts to repair were not available. Now my dryer has an issue and my warranty runs out in November. I've been trying to contact Lowes warranty dept for 3wks and I have had nothing but failure. I finally arranged a visit from a service company for yesterday and no one showed, called or emailed us. I recommend that anyone thinking about buying any appliance from Lowe's, think about buying their appliances from someone else or be dismissed like I have.

Lowes really needs to look at the company that does their deliveries. I purchased a stove on Labor Day, scheduled delivery for Wednesday the 9th as it showed availability. Time frame 3:30-7:30pm. That was fine, I was off work, all week. Gave away my old stove. At 7:25 I received a text that my delivery had arrived!, BUT there was not a truck at my home. Get a call from the delivery company, Maersk, around 7:30 stating that they need to reschedule delivery and they transfer me to Lowes customer service. That rep states that they cannot reschedule until Saturthe 12th (today). Time frame for today was originally 11-3. I looked at the tracking on the app for the delivery. Their truck was never more than 10-20 minutes from my house from about 12 to 5:30pm. Truck never showed, no call or text that it was running behind. Finally see at 5:30 that my delivery is next, see on the map that it's 10 minutes from my house.
Look again and the truck is passed my house on the interstate! Finally get a call from the delivery company that they need to reschedule me, AGAIN! I was then transferred to Lowe's customer service, on hold for 10-15 minutes on a Saturday night. The Lowes rep looks at my delivery and says the next availability is now TUESDAY the 15th. I have to go back to work this week. I have been without a stove since WEDNESDAY when I gave my old stove away. I told the rep that they need to refund the delivery fee as a courtesy for their failure to deliver. He said that they couldn't do that until AFTER the delivery and that I could call in afterwards and request it and they would submit it for "consideration". That's BS! If I didn't need a stove so bad I would cancel the whole thing! I even applied for their credit, and got approved, with the thought that eventually I would have to replace other appliances. With this experience I think I'll have to consider going elsewhere for big purchases. The delivery company, Maersk, needs to be held accountable for their failure to deliver. Now I either have to take off work again on Tuesday or ask a family member to be at my house to inspect, and hopefully, accept the delivery.
Store employees have been helpful, kind, and professional the few times I had to go to their store for other purchases. One star is because there are obvious issues with the delivery company Lowes has chosen to do their deliveries and Mearsk is unreliable.
