We always felt like we were their top priority, from our initial conversations through the construction of the pool itself. The entire team is fantastic, including the team of office workers and pool builders. If you’re looking for the right choice to help build your pool, look no further. Saves me from the ultimate nightmare of going to O’fallon . Looking at other reviews I’d say if you can’t wrap Teflon tape on a fitting your way to lazy to have a pool . Bad reviews for ridiculous everyday problems with pools is ridiculous. You can’t expect a pool company to run out to your pool every time there’s a bubble in the water you don’t like . What do you do call Eddie when a bug bypasses the skimmer basket ?? Good lord
