- AHAaron HollingsworthMay 8, 20261.0Well... I would love to give them 5 stars because we love our pool, the purchase experience was nice, and the install was pretty good too. However, service after the sale is abysmal. This is the second filter fitting that has leaked since we've had the pool installed and the pool has only been here for 9 months. The installer came out less than a week after the install to fix a leak at a fitting. Now, after filling the pool for the season, I turned the pump on, and saw water dripping. This is a different fitting that's leaking. 🙄 So, I called The Pool Guys on a Thursday evening. 12:30pm on that Friday they called me back to tell me what my problem was. That's funny because I called them and told them what the issue was. Well, they basically told me how to fix it. I don't think so! This pool has been up for less than a year. They need to stand behind their product and come fix it. I will gladly change my review to a 5 star if they do the right thing.

- KSKevin SchloemannOct 1, 20195.0We have had our pool for 4 years (3 full seasons) and while we have had a minor issue here and there (pump went out, heat pump stop working twice) Eddie has always worked to ensure items under warranty were fixed. The pump was out of warranty and Eddie worked with his Pump Rep to get us a good deal on a repair. I have seen a few negative comments about Eddie but they haven't presented to me. He has been great. His kids that work there are exceptional people and the pool is beautiful. He also finished the pool on time which is a rare occurrence today. I have many friends who used other vendors with less success. I didn't know Eddie or his family and he didn't ask me to write this. If anyone wants to reach out to me for more info I would be happy to help. Building a pool is a big deal.
