- GMGerard M6 days ago5.0Was having ongoing issues with my irrigation system. Their tech, Tim G., came out and investigated the whole system and found a buried valve control box other techs had never found. Tim went above and beyond, investigated, and resolved an issue we had been experiencing for months that other techs simply didn’t take the time to look into. Could not be more grateful for him and the effort he put in!
- JMJames MoynihanSep 25, 20265.0Angel Nunuz was able to successfully diagnose a leak and restore a zone to working order this afternoon. System is back up to full functionality and we appreciate his sleuthing and repair! Also he is a very nice man.
- PWPri WaliaSep 25, 20265.0I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pro Outdoors, and Mike has been a big part of that. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I have the right solutions for my lawn. He always takes the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and recommend products that truly fit my specific needs. Pro Outdoors is fortunate to have someone with his expertise and customer-focused approach on their team.
- DMDaniel ManesSep 23, 20265.0Your tech was the best! He listened to ALL our concerns & took care of them! Great manners, very professional., I hope we have him in the future if we need any more problems that need taking care of! His name is Angel Garcia & he was awesome !
- CKChristine KruegerSep 21, 20263.0I am having trouble getting quotes with maps of my current system and planned new heads/coverage when requesting expansion. This is a problem when having new extension plans around other yard work! Then making me pay for another visit to do essentially what was done the first time it was done for free to get a map???
