I wish I could give zero stars for this location.
1. The loaders are rude and watch you load your load. Ie when asking them if they like watching customers load they responded "yes".
2. When checking out I waited 20 minutes to check out while three lowes associates sat behind the contractors desk and watched customers wait to check out.
3. The store shelves are a mess. Go to to the electrical department. Also if you need wire from the storage locker plan on waiting 20 minutes. Myself and two other customers really enjoyed that.
We shop at 18 total lowes locations in two states.... we've been at this location 8 times in three weeks and this is the worst.

The ladies in home and garden are short to answer questions and are rude. I ask a question and the lady didn’t even stop to respond, she just yelled “we don’t have any l”. She continued to walk on. Customer service is poor and needs to be addressed!!!

Nine of the last 10 times I've been in this store there are a dozen employees standing up at the front talking and laughing while I stood in the back of the store waiting 20 minutes for assistance that never came. They no longer carry solderable copper fittings so that business is gone from them. This is the worst Lowe's store I've ever been in and I've been in every within a 60 mile radius of St Louis.

Usually has anything we come looking for and if not we order online or go to a different Lowe's. Jim also mows the grass here and worked for Lowe's a couple months ago. 😀😜

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
