You know, its unfortunate that what was once one of my favorite stores has become what it has. Let me just start with that stupid AI that answers the phone. What a waste of time and money that is. Every time you call, its a minimum of 10 minutes to get to an associate, IF, there is one that will actually answer. THEN, if they do, half the time, they have no clue how to help, or their HELP is something a second grader would do..case in point, today when asked about a way to secure plastic chain from glass display case to glass display case, so customers don't walk through but employees can, I was told to maybe gorilla glue it. What? I asked if they made a hook of some sort within double sided tape and I was told to gorilla glue it? How do you get through if its permanent mounted? I was patient and explained and he sent me to someone else and as I was explaining to her, she just simply cut me off, and somebody else picked up. When I said wow, that lady just cut me off, he also cut me off with an attitude and didn't let me finish what I was saying and said yeah, well what can I do for you? Nothing pal. Lowes customer service sucks. There's a few good people in the store, and its unfortunate there aren't better places for them to work. Truth be told, now that the highway is opened back up, I'll be hitting Menards again, or Harbor Freight. Wish we had something other than Lowes here. Not even worth the trip. Sorry. Not sorry. Used to love Lowes. Not anymore. My last few interactions have all been negative. Only reason they got one star is because I couldn't give a half for having some of the tools I use.

Just had a refrigerator delivered today. Was set up to go out side to get a guy some tools. Came inside and one of the guys was going through my wallet. Called the police and they noticed I was on the phone. They rushed out of the house with out completing the set up and installation. Luckily the police came before they left. Nothing was taken that I know of but this could have gone south real quick since I had my gun on my hip. Damage was done to the house when they were removing the old fridge. Do not recommend.

We went to Lowe’s looking for a washer and dryer set and walked out with everything needed set up for delivery. There was a gentleman that helped us(can’t remember his name) that was so great with making sure we had absolutely everything needed for this purchase. Delivery went smooth as well. Tyler & Tony were wonderful with getting everything set up and we appreciate it especially since I know it was hot as Hades outside that day.

Walked in a few minutes before 9, since I'm from Rolla and ours closes at 10, I happened to be in st robert so pulled in thinking I had plenty of time. I was greeted with "hey we are almost closed"... well almost closed isn't closed... I was needing to make a large purchase but since they were in a hurry to close I took my business elsewhere
