Horrible customer service with predatory pricing and policies. This was fine, no issues until they randomly started changing the price of my unit. Price started at $62 per month, now they’ve over doubled it to $175 per month within one year. Tried to give them a chance to correct this in some way, but customer service is nonexistent and just tells me “it’s above my pay grade.” Just go somewhere where you can lock in a price.
