I was having a bit of trouble accessing the app to get into the storage facility, but luckily, the wonderful Shalae was there to help. She kindly helped me set up a key fob. I even had some difficulty with the code for the fob, but we tried multiple messages, and she was able to arrange an automated call to deliver the code. Thanks to her friendly and bubbly personality, she made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. She's truly easy to talk to, especially when dealing with tricky situations.
