We’ve used Extra Space Storage through three different moves, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The manager has been absolutely wonderful about helping us whenever we’ve needed an additional unit, sometimes on short notice, and has always made the process easy.
We’ve stored belongings here for long periods of time and have never had a problem with security, access, or bugs. That has been a huge difference compared with some outdoor-access storage units we’ve used in the past, where insects and dirt always seemed to find their way inside. Everything we’ve stored here has stayed clean, secure, and protected.
The facility itself is very secure, well maintained, and extremely well lit. The hallways are bright enough that you can actually see what you’re doing inside your unit, which sounds simple but makes a big difference when you’re moving or organizing things.
The online app is another big plus. Paying the bill, keeping track of the unit, and managing everything is simple and convenient.
Most importantly, when you call, someone actually answers the phone and helps you. After dealing with storage facilities where reaching anyone was nearly impossible, that level of service really stands out.
Extra Space Storage has been dependable every time we’ve needed them, and we would absolutely recommend them.

The space is excellent. Staff is friendly. Its temperature controlled. The only negative is that the rate increases every few months and almost tripled since I got it less than 2 years ago.

We came through here for a unit we bought after it went to auction and the manager her is amazing. She was great and overly happy and willing to assist however she could. I witnessed her personally helping in s and staying in task with her daily responsibilities with the property and not only phone for calls but each person who came into the store she handled them and I can see she cares about making sure each is set up based on their situation. I may not liv in town but as long as she's here I'll drive here when in need

She went above & beyond to provide the best customer service I have personally seen in a very long time.
