I am so sorry I did not remember the lovely lady’s name who was so kind yet professional. She walked us through all the procedures need to successfully have my belongings delivered and stored successfully. She reminded me there were no dumb questions and answered all my questions. She was genuinely sweet to my grandkids and daughter. I was so relieved of the anxiety I had been feeling about getting into the storage unit! Thank you!
