I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage on Manchester Ave. The facility is clean, easy to access, and feels secure. The drive-up access makes loading and unloading so much easier, especially when moving larger items.
Terri, the store manager, is also so sweet and helpful. You can tell she genuinely tries to help her clients the best she can and make the process as easy as possible.
The month-to-month rental option is convenient, and overall I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the St. Louis area needing extra storage space.

I’ve had my personal belongings at this location for a year and a half. I had to move out of my Dogtown house in 48 hours after the landlord sold the property last minute. Terry happened to have a unit available so was able to sign me up and move me in immediately. Through lots of ups and downs in my life, she was very helpful and communicative when I often times needed more time to cover my monthly rent. Even though this is a large corporation, the personal touch and human understanding she had meant the world to me. I’ve always said I wouldn’t pay for my stuff to sit in storage for long but life often throws us curveballs and she always worked with me to ensure my property was in good hands. I am cleaning it all out and selling it off to let go of an old chapter in my life which feels good to purge from. I can’t recommend this facility and Terry more highly. She lives on sight and takes great pride in the maintenance and upkeep here. When life gets tough, just remember we’re all human beings so in this crazy life together. Good people are willing to work with you so there’s ALWAYS a solution, just be honest about your circumstances and keep up the good fight! Thank you, Terry, from the bottom of my heart! -Chris
