We have bought several items from here and we returned one table but bought a different one, from them, that we found and liked better. When I called to cancel it, it had already been shipped so they told me to return it once we got it, for our refund. Ok, no problem, rt? Wrong! We printed out the shipping label and took it to UPS but it got delivered back to us with our new one. When I called them to tell them what happened and to ask if we needed a new label, she said yes I will email it to you now. Ok, great. We got it and sent it back but on a $200 table they refunded us $16!! They told me that because I put the reason for return as, changed my mind (which was an option) that the charge for the return was $141!!!! SERIOUSLY?! We never even opened the box!!! Very poor customer service and we will never buy grom here again!
