Shalonda at Extra Space Storage is absolutely amazing! She noticed that I had been given the wrong lock and immediately called to let me know that my storage unit wasn’t secure. If it hadn’t been for her attention to detail and quick action, my belongings could have been stolen.
She was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who truly looks out for their customers the way she does. Thank you, Shalonda, for going above and beyond. You gave me so much peace of mind, and I really appreciate everything you did!

Listen… I hadn’t even rented a storage unit yet, and Ty at Extra Space Storage (1500 S. 1st Capitol Dr., St. Charles, MO) already had me smiling through the phone!
The moment she answered, it was like a ray of sunshine picked up the call. She was bubbly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and had the kind of positive energy that’s downright contagious. You know how sometimes you call a business and feel like you’re bothering someone? Not Ty! She made me feel like I was her most important customer.
Now here’s the crazy part… this location was 10 miles farther than another storage facility I was considering. But after talking with Ty, that extra drive didn’t matter one bit. That’s how powerful exceptional customer service can be! She didn’t pressure me or try to “sell” me anything. She simply listened, answered every question, and made me feel confident that I was choosing the right place.
