My vehicle broke down in front of your location.
Tyler, the store manager, immediately came out and asked if I needed any assistance.
As I had already contacted a tow truck he offered if I would like to come in the air-conditioning of the building and have some water remain safe in the heat.
I’d like to commend and recognize Tyler for his service and also for his personal care for someone who was not even a customer just someone that he saw that needed help
