When Dean Ripple, was the Store Manager, here this was a First Class Store. With tge hire of the California Regional Manager, that all changed, and NOT for the better.
Lowe's used to treat their customers as Number 1, Pre Covid. Now Good Luck in finding an Associate that actually knows anything about what the products they sell or where anything located.
Do yourself a favor, SKIP this location and shop at Menards or Home Depot. There you are still Valued as a Customer

Horrible customer service if you have a problem with a product. Even if you buy the extended warranty. They tell you to call the manufacturer, the assume no responsibility for products they sell you and don’t help you out when they are the ones with the relationship with the vendor.
FYI , the extended warranty you purchased doesn’t take place until the manufactures warranty is up.
Zero help, from management. Home Depot has 100 times better customer service.

Normally a good stop for me. The one heavy set, black gal that I guess is a manager, was extremely racist towards me. She was asked if she had a key to unlock the wheelbarrow and assist me with getting one. She waddles up to me, looked me up and down, doesn't say a word to me, goes over to the register without saying anything about following her, starts punching numbers in there and still didnt say a word. I had no idea what I should do next so I just guessed. I jokingly asked about a wounded Veterans discount, still nothing but an eye roll. I paid for my item, she waddles off to a fellow African American customer, starts talking to him like they were family. They didnt know each other because I heard her say "You need some help, sir" as he was already being helped. They cut it up for a few minutes as I was still waiting for assistance to get my item. The man that was helping the African American man, had to hurry up amd finish to come help me because she was busy talking. Needless to say, she was an obvious racist towards white people. I reconsider doing buisness with Lowes if that is the kind of person they hire. Thats a shame too because I've spent WELL over $50K in that store alone. Three stars because the young lady that was working the self check out was super friendly and very helpful. She just couldn't leave her station to help me. So, shout out to her. 🤙
