Professional - Courteous - Knows their product - No high pressure just the facts. I had one small issue that they came out and addressed quickly.The last purchase from them I did not even get a second bid. Twelve years later the shutters are as nice as Day One and that is with nine people in the house and now grandkids always adjusting them.
