The customer service lady on the phone was surprisingly kind when I explained our ant problem. Usually companies rush through calls, but she actually listened. The technician arrived later that afternoon and worked carefully around our food storage area. Huge difference after only a couple of days.

HIDDEN SIGNING FEES NOT DISCLOSED. They will have unwanted visits arrive to home and if you are not there you still get charged for the full service. Don't sign their "no contract" agreement as you will have to pay $119 for not fulfilling the agreement.

Had mice in the attic. Pest control tech was not authorized to go in the attic or use any baits or poisons that were effective and could remove the problem. They did not find the entry point of the mice either. Just another company trying to sell service subscriptions without solving and pest problems. Customer service over the phone was unhelpful and outsourced to another country. Do not use this service.

Mark the salesman on the hover board was super awesome, and had great customer service. Made me feel like the company really cares about you and your family. Didn’t feel predatory or pushy, felt like a friend trying to help you out.
Unfortunately I didn’t end up using them, yet as I got a new roof put on my house and bought a new car so money was a tiny bit tight right now.
I’ll tell you what though when I do get a pest problem I know who I’ll be calling.

Been with Aptive for several years. About a year and a half ago, their technician put rodent bait down in our yard. They were supposed to be baiting the mole trap, which is enclosed, but instead he spread it throughout the yard. Our dog ate some of it and luckily I saw it and rushed her to the vet. She almost died from it. Against our better judgement, the Ops Manager convinced me to stay by taking care of the emergency vet bill and waiving our services for a year. This became a nightmare as apparently management and the operations do not talk. So for that entire year, they kept charging me for my quarterly services. I would have to call the Ops Manager, Kevin, and he would credit the account (because they don't do refunds). We'll after a year of credits and still not getting it right, I finally demanded a refund check. They couldnt even get the amount correct. Their customer service is the WORST that I have ever encountered. They schedule appointments and then never show up and never call. When you call them to complain it's the same thing everytime; "I am really sorry that happened, I understand how frustrating that must be, unfortunately, we do not have anyone in that area that we can pull off their route". Then they re-schedule and no call, no show again. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
