Thanks to the 2 men who did the yard spray and the perimeter of the house outside and sprayed for 3 kinds of bugs for this time of year. Your employees always do a great job and are very professional and very friendly and especially courteous.,

Tyler was very down home honest with a great personality. Jennifer did a great job spraying the house and yard and gave me extra sticky traps when I asked for them. Both employees I feel help reflect the quality of work and relationships you're looking for.

I have been so disappointed in this company for a year. I really tried over and over to call them and communicate what was going on. I hope this was just my experience because with as large of a company as this is, there were to many problems that happened. Even my last appointment they guy took no more then 15 minutes and nothing was put in my grass or flower beds to prevent bugs.
In the last 4 months they came out 4 times in rhe rain and continued to spray and put yard stuff down which clumped up all over my yard, as seen in the pictures. The 4th time I told him to stop and he said I was refusing service. The amount of issues I have had with this company is far to many. In a year time not once did they come when i was here so I could get the inside of my house done. I have 3 dogs amd 2 cats are are always going outside. I informed them of this amd was told the tech would get the clumps out. They are still in my yard now in a pile. I thought someone would take them.
I scheduled 2 appointment to get them to come out while I was home and no one ever came. Along with no follow up calls or reschedules.
From day one they didn't have my email correct which wasn't even caught until month 4 of service. I never got a contract or signed anything. A conversation that happened over a ring doorbell while I was at work and I had told her that. The sales lady told me if I had issues I would be able to connect her which she never answered the phone number she gave me. She signed me up over my ring door bell. Come to find out it was a 2 year contract and it took many phone calls to finally get it down to a year. I am so glad I did that since the problems just kept going. I saw my neighbor getting service 3 doors down at an hour I was home and able to be here. My question when I saw them was why are they not doing anyone on my street on the same day?
We have been eaten alive by mosquitoes all season. And my dogs have gotten fleas and they are only aloud in my back yard. Everyone that knows me has heard all the stupid things I have had to deal with. The amout of time it took to get someone on the phone who I thought was able to help was ridiculous. Now I am going to search for a new company.
The pictures posted are the clumps of chemicals that were left after they came out in rain.
I would highly recommend looking for another company.

So this company is extremely Shady in their practices, I am sure most West County people here don’t really pay attention to the pricing. However, their individual sprays are less than the accumulation of their monthly payments. For instance, if you’re paying $60 a month that would be $180 every three months but their spray is only worth $150 so their monthly contract over charges
I have had extremely bad encounters with their customer service with very rude people and there’s nothing special about their service. It’s OK. The guy who came out and sprayed. Brandon was a very nice person. I think however, they were very shady talking to them once you finally get through to somebody who actually speaks English well enough to have a conversation with very, very extremely shady
The person who I talk to tonight, I think his name was Enrique, Asked me the same question Three or four times finally I said I hope you’re writing this down cause I really don’t want to keep repeating this
Ultimately, they’re shady
The service rep that I talk to at first before I found out that their company is actually rude, told me that you can cancel Anytime however When you actually go to cancel suddenly they come up with this $250 cancellation fee, which was never discussed by the rep at First …. Which technically we could go back into Phone records and prove the case in Missouri Law would actually back me up
But it’s kind of a BS company entirely

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
