  They sprayed once, I paid for it. Then the charged me again and never came out and sprayed. There was no communication. I waited a week after the charged me. I received no call, text or email. I felt scammed so I reported it on my card. But now all of a sudden I received a bill for 199 dollars. For what services? I've tried talking to someone and no one is getting back to me unless it involves taking my hard earned money. Please stay away from this fraud of a company. Or you will end up with a debt and nothing to show for it.

  Worst company do not use them ! They have broken our contract and keep saying we owe them money even tho they weren’t sending people, or people didn’t show up they would reschedule appointments on us, and we moved out of area and they are still sending people after months of us reporting them to our bank . The phone line people are rude and barely speak English as well!

  This company. My god. Tried calling them, over 2 cancelled termite lure inspections(they cancelled, even told us they came out?) Called them, outsourced phone bank it seems, had to be sent over to their termite specialist customer service, they could only apologize and say no same day appointments. When asked for the supervisor due to the FULL YEAR OF NO TERMITE SERVICES id have to wait until the 23, jk the 8th(if they even show up) Homeowners beware

  I wish it was possible to write -5 star review. These Aptive pest control companies are absolute scam artist. Technician came to service my house for a one time fee of $50 dollars to spray for ants. Well guy decided to sign me up for a membership to where I was going to be charged $90 for them to come out every month. I got the charge and immediately called to fix it the issue. I was told it was canceled, then I continued to get additionally charged $50 per month for a pro membership I didn’t sign up for. They had stated I’ve agreed and signed a contract for this service although I never did. I’m assuming the door to door salesmen must have digitally forged my signature on this contract documentation. Mainly assuming this because I’m not going to somehow misspell my own name two separate places on a document. After weeks of me asking to see the “contract” that I supposedly signed I received the clearly forged paperwork via email. No one had ever came out to my house besides the one singular time I agreed too. I called again to cancel again a couple weeks ago and they are now charging me two $199 dollar cancellation fees plus a $50 dollar membership fee for this month. Grand total of $448. I’ve requested cancellation documentation several times which they won’t provide. Please go anywhere but here for your pest control needs.

  I was an active customer and on december 2nd they came out to do normal pest control I had just put out my Christmas decorations And they were stepped all over Some were broken. I reached out to aptive. The operational manager from my area reached out to me. And he said he would take care of it, then he never responded back. Reached back out to active, the operational manager reached back out to me and said, I'm sorry his phone broke. I will get it taken care of and again. It was never taken care of reach back out to aptive about 15 times and then now recently somebody just got ahold of me and said, I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do. It's been over 90 days. Not to mention you wait till my service agreement ran out and wanted to offer me a month or 2 of free service Why would I redo my service agreement if you can't take care of anything?
