- KPKatherine PJan 12, 20214.0I appreciate Randy coming out to fix our dryer. It had a burning smell and we could not find the problem. The appointment scheduling was easy and they give the date and approximate time period to arrive, calling the day of to confirm. Randy was friendly, easy going and explained everything in a conversational manner I could understand. It ended up being a ball of lint got stuck way down in the back of the dryer. I do think $98 was pretty expensive but thats the rate so it is what it is. $60 for service call to show up and $38 for half an hour of labor.
