  We’ve used Allen Outdoor Solutions for the past two years and have been very happy with their service. Recently, we had a concern about our lawn, and they responded right away, addressed the issue promptly, and made it right. They are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about keeping their customers satisfied and their yards looking great.

  I'm a personal assistant and my client utilized Alan outdoors solutions last year and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's embarrassing to mention the amount of money she spent. The lack of customer service and support is absolutely astonishing. Especially for the amount of money that she spent. We're going into the spring and summer season with questions unanswered from months ago from lack of training support and explanation. With Dad plants that were promised to be replaced and nothing has been done I have a call list from my own personal phone to them with empty promises and still no resolution be careful what you do with this company because they're follow through and customer service👎🏼

  Recently, we needed an upgrade to our school playground. I would like to thank Steve Allen, of Allen Outdoor Solutions, for helping with the design of the project. Justin and his team, were professional and worked quickly to remove the old materials. When the new materials arrived, Justin and Allen, were quick to implement our new playground design and sandbox upgrade. We even had some youngsters and their families watching the installation one day, which was conpletely fine with them. It was a quick and easy process and we truly appreciate all of the hard work by Allen Outdoor Solutions and all of their staff. I highly recommend reaching out to them for all of your outdoor needs!

  Max came to turn on our sprinklers for the season, and he was very professional, attentive to detail (went through every cycle and tweaked the angles of the sprinkler heads etc). He also tightened an area that was leaking and walked me through the settings on the control box. Highly recommend!

  Miguel and Antonio were fantastic. Went over everything twice. Cleaned up everything as they went along. Yard looks Perfect!
