This has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. Lowe’s delivered a broken dryer, and I also paid Lowe’s for professional installation. Despite the appliance arriving damaged and the installation not being completed correctly, Lowe’s has refused to take responsibility or provide a reasonable solution.
I contacted Patrice, the appliance manager, expecting someone in management to take ownership of the situation. Instead, I was met with excuses, finger-pointing, and a complete lack of accountability. A customer should not have to fight for help after paying for a new appliance, delivery, and professional installation.
Lowe’s accepted my money but has failed to deliver a properly functioning dryer or stand behind the installation service it sold me. I have wasted an unreasonable amount of time making calls and trying to get this resolved while Lowe’s continues to pass the responsibility elsewhere.
I strongly recommend purchasing appliances from a company that actually stands behind its products and services. Based on this experience, I will not trust Lowe’s with another appliance purchase.

Came here looking for an ac unit. Asked three employees for help and none of them knew where they were, even using their inventory system. I spent nearly half an hour following incorrect directions around the store. This store is also very poorly merchandised, and I noticed several ADA infractions.

called to see if they had replacement parts for a zero turn that we have had 1 day over the 30 days. we are on our second one. first one the belt popped off and was exchanged with no issues. now the 2nd one the spring has broke 1 day late and nowhere but apparently Craftsman has replacement springs that arent open on the weekends, and he was mowing a yard when it broke.
