- DCDent CureSep 6, 20265.0Our current sofa set, bought 2 years ago, was insufficient for our needs which is relax & restore to get ready for the next workday. We finally had a day off to shop. We went everywhere, determined not to make the same mistake of getting something flashy and riddled with technology. We were after comfort & quality. Everywhere we went We saw the same garbage and sales reps huddled together. A few greeted us and returned to the huddle. Tyree at La-Z-Boy not only greeted us, but made us smile. After asking us what we were looking for he showed us a few products matching the profile and left us to look and discuss them. When we sought information, he provided it. When we left he did not hard sell, he made sure the kids grabbed a snack on the way out. We went home & researched the unit and returned for a quality product and to buy it not only from La-Z-Boy but from Tyree.

That has a Lifetime Warranty & 1 year 100% Repairs made.And the cushions on both sides are sunken in and the Pads need replaced..Called The Person I Bought From.Tyler Dibben Design Consultant With Laxyboy for a week and Yesterday Morning he finally called me and said will be no problem Installer will call me and set up a time to come replace cushions..As far for Lazyboy will give them a -1Star Customer service is Awfull & B4 You Buy Anything here You Outta Think Twice & Maybe A 3rd time Installer has not called me as of today...

Salesman told us recliner would fit in the backseat of our car since they come apart. We waited an hour for them to help load one car ahead of us, not locate our chair in storage, bring in the one from the show room instead, and then find out it wouldn't fit. I think the salesman is newer so I don't blame him. But then at closing they made me pay an extra $99 for delivery. I wish they could've done the free local delivery for my trouble but they decided to charge me instead.
