  Kaden Eddleman was very knowledgeable. Low pressure and made sure I got the best pricing and delivery options. I've been in sales for over 30 years and this was a phenomenal experience. He will be my go to furniture guy in the future.

  Donovan was awesome! he wasn’t salesman-y whatsoever but i did leave with more than i intended to buy. he provided excellent customer service. i love furniture row and recommend it to everyone talking about buying new furniture.

  Anna was amazing! She found my daughter and I in the store. The store is huge, but she came up and found us to take care of our needs, and she was very helpful, very knowledgeable. We ended up buying a day bed, and she helped us over to the mattress place. Sister company, where we talk to Jen. She got us all set up with the mattress for my daughter's day bed. I got to meet with Anna again as we were leaving. She is just so pleasant to be around. I just loved my interaction with her, and so did my mom!

I was extremely indecisive and had a hard time making up my mind, but Donovan never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was his ability to provide fast, efficient service while still taking the time to make sure I was completely comfortable and happy with my choices.   We shopped all day today. We had a couch picked out that we were going to buy. We decided to give furniture row a chance. We were met my Kaden in a very professional manner and he was enthusiastic.
