  We bought a fantastic sectional that we love at Furniture Rowe and had a mishap with teenagers...so... part of our sectional that was broken had to be rebuilt underneath. We were encouraged to use their repair company that they use, Finishing Touch Furniture Repair and they are fantastic!! It's like nothing ever happened! So thankful!! Highly recommend if you need any Furniture repair done!!

  Came in about 15 minutes before they closed. Cody was great. Welcomed us when we walked in. Gave us space, answered all our questions & was a good person to have a conversation with. Was honest with quality & of furniture. My husband and I are pleased with our experience.

  Walked in to the Bedroom section of the store. We were greeted by Josh M. Super friendly and happy to answer all questions. He was truly fantastic and absolutely knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He gave us a tour based on what we were looking for and left us to discuss, look and decide what would work for us. Josh was fast to respond to looking up items to match our desired set up. We made a considerable purchase because of the professional experience we had with Josn and how the items we chose were represented by the store overall We look forward to returning for our next purchase and seeking out Josh. We Thank Josh for a wonderful experience

  My husband and I visited Furniture Row for the first time today and we had a wonderful visit! We were greeted by Anna Joy right away. She was kind and knowledgeable. We found an area rug and coffee table with end tables that we loved within an hour. The process was quick and easy. The store is very clean with a wonderful selection. We will be back for any purchases in the future!!

  My wife and I dealt with Dacy on 2 separate occasions. We had just had our house interview redone and decided we needed to replace our furniture. We are getting old and hopefully 🤞 this will be the last time we do this. We probably spent almost 3 looking because they have so much furniture. We kept going back to this certain set so finally I told my wife that I guess this is the stuff we need. We bought a couch , love seat, and a recliner. They are all saddle leather with a 5 year warranty. The couch is the biggest and most comfortable couch I have ever sit in, plus it has a recliner in each end of it. The love seat is very comfortable and also has a recliner in each end. In the center there is a phone charger on top with 2 cup holders and a storage compartment with plug ins for the phones and a 110 V plugin. The recliner is not only a recliner but it also is a swivel recliner and my wife claimed it immediately because my daughter is having a baby boy in December and we have a couple of great grand babies on the way and a couple already here. She thought that would be ideal for rocking babies. The recliner is probably what actually sold us on everything. When we got ready to pay for it, it. Was the last day of the Memorial Day sale so we got several. hundred dollars off for that plus we had it delivered to Cabool. The 2 young men that delivered it all did an excellent job and they were very professional. Once we got it all home and set up, it took us about two days to figure out that our old tables and lamps didn’t match very well and didn’t look very good with the beautiful new Furniture so we called Dacy at Furniture Row back and ordered 4 tables and 3 lamps that were displayed with the furniture when we looked at it. We now have everything in the house and it looks absolutely stunning. Thank you Dacy and Furniture Row for an excellent shopping experience and everyone was very professional and polite to us. We actually had not a single issue and that is very rare in the times we live in today!👍🙏
