  I don’t even know where to begin here. If I could post 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t let this company touch my daughter’s Malibu Barbie pool. Had them install a pool heater. Called them 4 times for the estimate and finally got it. Was told it’d be installed on a Friday but needed half payment first. Okay cool. Waited and waited for the bill. I had to call back the next day and ask to pay the bill. On Friday someone came and dropped off the heater. Didn’t tell us they were there or when they left. Had to call the office to see what was up. “Oh they’ll be back out Tuesday to finish. They came out Tuesday but didn’t get it finished. Again no one told us they were there or when they left. Wed they finally finished install. Again didn’t tell us they were there or left. Never showed us how to use the heater. Just sat the owners manual on top of the heater. I tried to talk to one of the repairmen but mid sentence he walked off. This was the worst experience ever.

  We had Fishel Pools open our pool this year and they have been doing weekly service for our pool for several weeks now. We are so happy with their service, communication and prompt attention to any issues we have. The owner is awesome to work with and I am so happy!

  Ryan Fishel is the only guy you need to call with pool concerns. We bought a house ehere the pool was not kept perhaps as well as it should have been. It had a mesh top. The mesh top seemed to be largely symbolic as all sorts of debris managed to settle in the pool. It took him a few trips to get it scooped out and the chemical balance where it needed to be. But Ryan was exceptionally responsive as we learned the ins and outs of pools. At the end of the season, Ryan suggested a hardcover which turned out to be cheaper than I would have expected. When he opened the pool this season, it looked exactly as it did the day we closed it last season. What took maybe a week last year took a few hours this year. Everything looks great, and Ryan was patient and honest with what we did and did not need.

  I have used this company for many years now. I do not understand the bad reviews. They are reliable, professional, and always do a great job! Employees (especially Kristie) are knowledgeable and eager to help. I recommend them to anyone with a pool.
