  I am not one who is comfortable walking into a store in general, especially when sales people are involved. So imagine my surprise when I felt my anxiety wane as I was greeted by Matthew, who answered all my questions, never pushed towards any option and stood by and helped by answering all my questions while I tried each bed sometimes multiple times. I felt heard, but not pressured, even when I gave that hope breaker of asking for a card and quote and saying I was going to think on it. The comfort actually did make me think on it and it wasn’t much longer after several more questions that I ended up making a decision I was very happy with and confident in. To be honest, it wasn’t my first time in a mattress store or even at Denver Mattress, and I could never bring myself to actually lay on a mattress and see if it really fit because I felt uncomfortable with the sales associates around, but Matthew was kind and enthusiastic and made me feel like I had the right to thoroughly try before I buy, and make sure it was right for me. I would suggest taking advantage of that kind of hospitality, because the right bed can make all the difference.

  Rick was so polite very courtesy. He listened to our wants and needs and help us find a produc perfect mattress that met both required needs ...hes. very knowledgeable I will hughlty recommend him to friends wonderful customer service .. im very saristified and the experience he provided was wonderful thank you.

  David was our salesperson and he was wonderful. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately knew what would fit best for me. It was quick to choose the pillow of the options he selected for me. I was pleased to have a salesman that actually listened to what I was looking for! I had a fantastic experience! We had been shopping for pillows for the past 4 hours and I was frustrated going in, but happy and satisfied coming out! Thank you!

  David helped my husband and I pick out our mattress and electric base for it. He was extremely helpful answering all the questions we had. We told him what we were looking for and pointed us in that direction and gave us plenty of space and time to look for ourselves with no sales pressure at all! He was super friendly and gave us space after we had found one to discuss options for financing and he broke every part of that down for us as well. He did not try to upsell anything to us either. We will definitely be going back if we need anything else and recommend him and Furniture Row to anyone we know that needs a mattress. It was a wonderful experience.

  David greeted us with a smile and a handshake then led us to the Denver Mattress section. We had researched mattresses in Consumer Reports and were fairly certain we wanted a Doctor’s Choice. David got us pillows and we tried several versions before settling on the Elite Firm. Paperwork was completed and explained, then our new mattress was loaded into our truck. We’re looking forward to sleeping on it tonight. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Denver Mattress.
