  This place handy for where my job was located to park my job trailer for construction. But because I misjudged when my job was wrapping up, I did not get my storage unit parking space canceled in time and the billed me a full month payment when I was out within three days of that month starting was told I was not getting my refund back. I can understand if it was a actual storage unit by I rented A spot to park my trailer and had to pay because I miss Judged when I was going to get done with my job. I would drive miles out of my way to park my trailer somewhere different to leave. Not a very place to park hard for my wife to get in and out. Plus was told had to wait for the gate to close going in and out otherwise if stuff was stolen they would give the police my info. You have Cameras all over the place that was the only good thing about this place. Was not a very long drive to get my vehicle and trailer out for the gate to shut behind me! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

  Safe storage with car parking available in a great location not far from the airport. The staff is amazing—Mary, in particular, goes above and beyond to help whenever any issues arise. During some recent crazy weather across the city, the staff even took the time to send me pictures while I was out of town, which I really appreciated. Low prices, great management, and excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

  Mary was a great help, storage access is nice and easy and the units are clean. Will definitely use Best West Storage in the future.

  This location is by far the best west. The owner Mary is very detailed oriented and if you ever need to ask her a question or anything, she will do whatever is necessary for you. I highly recommend her location, it is very secure and a safe place to entrust your belongings will be guarded.

  Very clean and secure facility. They did well communicating with us with any concerns or changes. We had a unit with them for 5 years, and never had any trouble.
