- JJJessalyn JohnsonSep 11, 20261.0Our $14,000 pool was set up July 17th and the plumbing has been leaking since day 1! We’ve called multiple times and even driven to Cape to talk with them in person only to be told they’ll “put in a work order”. It’s been almost 2 months and no one will reach back out to us. Corporate office won’t even respond. They also did such a terrible job leveling that our liner is already wearing thin in a couple spots where the pavers underneath are sticking out! I’m sure these spots will be leaking within a year or so and we will have to replace the liner due to no fault of our own. Worst experience ever!! Do not go with this company if you except to have any kind of assistance when things go wrong.

We had such a terrible experience with Room Mates Pool & Spa that I was not looking forward to dealing with another pool place. I am so excited and happy that they were able to find the leak in our pool and fix it. Aloha has spectacular service. Happy customer here!
