  Bought a pool last summer and nothing but great customer service have i recieved. Josh at Scott City has went above and beyond to make sure everything is working and if any problems arise he is Johnny on the spot to make sure it is taken care of.

  Horrible communication and abysmal customer service. Have been trying to get a liner repaired since last year. Had an appointment on Tuesday and still not repaired. The only good thing I can say about this company is that Chase and Landon ,the young men who showed up to do the repair were very helpful and understanding in regards to our frustration with the lack of communication and action from this company. I would not count on their help in standing behind a product. I wish it was possible to give a negative star rating.

  Aloha Pools has very poor communication as far as date and time of service and what can or can't ve done depending on the Temperates. My son had to take a day of work off this week so he could be at home when their service techs arrived. This date was reserved 7 to 8 months in advance after the showed up in September stating it was to cold to stretch tge pool liner. We tried getting an idea of when the techs would be there and just kept getting text messages saying you are 4th in line, 3rd in line, etc. The Techs finally arrived a little after 5pm. They were very knowledgeable and polite. They advised that we would have to reschedule again at a later date when the Temps are in the 90 degree range so they can stretch the pool liner into place. We understand what they told us but were dumbfounded as to how to get this scheduled with the poor communication system they have in place. It appears that this company is understaffed and you will have frustrations when trying to schedule a date and time for service. Get in line and be ready to wait! I will say on a small positive note that the Techs told us that they could get the pool up and going at the time they were onsite and they did it then as we knew it would be late June before they would be back.   Jay is a very impressive guy with incredible talent and knowledge of swimming pool operations. We have I consider a complicated in floor cleaning system design. Jays experience and dedication to customer service is remarkably important and consistent. He’s definitely an Asset to Aloha Pools Team.   This is our 2nd year for our pool. We are still learning how to maintain. Our pool opening did not go well. There was too much water in the pool and was almost to the top of the skimmers. We emptied and thought that would take care of the problem and it didn't. The next day we noticed the jets were not working. The pool was not cleaning. We finally figured out how to get them working and are hoping this solved the problem. I called the office and they said they would talk to the pool openers and call us back. It has been four days and no return call. For a fee of $523 I expected everything to be perfect and it was far from it. Very disappointed.
