- DTdebbie todd3 days ago5.0The two young men who came out to clean my ductwork was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time they took making sure everything was done correctly. They did a great job. I would have them back in my home any day.
- TKTina Ketterer4 days ago4.0I had Pro Steam clean the carpet at my house a few weeks ago, and hired them to clean the carpet in my son's condo prior to listing for sale. I called 11 days in advance to schedule the appointment and asked it be at the early end of the 1pm-4pm expected window. I received several calls and texts throughout the day checking in. There was a snafu with equipment breakdown, and they offered to reschedule or asked if I wanted to wait. I chose to wait; the tech arrived around 6:00. Everyone I spoke to was very apologetic and nice to work with, so I thought offering grace for the situation was in order. Even with the long wait this time (no one's fault really) I intend to use them again. My carpet was dry within 24 hours, and this proved to be true in my son's condo as well. The quality of the work is great. You won't be disappointed!

- VHVicki HawkinsJun 25, 20264.0Carpet looks clean and I can run the vacuum as normal. Some places were missed as they were completely dry. There is a smudge on the back of the loveseat which looks like it was caused by the hose. Tech was respectful and friendly. He seemed somewhat inexperienced.

My carpet looks great and rejuvenated. House training 2 puppies & having an older cat had taken its toll on the carpets but all the stains are now gone and the carpet smells good also. I used Stanley Steamer in under a year ago and they didn’t even come close to the quality of service I received from Pro Steam. I will be sticking with Pto Steam.
