I ordered a high end/expensive replacement cover for our hot tub. Upon delivery the box had been beat to hell during shipping and there were holes in the top and bottom of the cover from the shipping damage. I contacted Leslie's customer service who asked that I send pictures of the damage. Upon sending the pictures I was offered a full refund and allowed to keep the cover which was patched with flex seal and works great. Thank you Leslie's Pool Supply.
