- MKMarlana KetchumSep 9, 20261.0I called the store to get my mom furniture picked up cause she had a massive stroke and wouldn’t be able to live on her own so we were giving back their property, the manager was very rude when I spoke with him and even asked me why I just don’t rent me a truck and bring it myself, like really dude. It came to the date when they were supposed to pick it up nobody showed up but they took my mom payment off her card, I called and asked why they took her payment cause this stuff was suppose to been gotten picked up, the lady manager was so rude about it and told me they can’t pick it up til the 15th cause something about the manager wife had a baby and they are short handed, still doesn’t explain to me why they took her payment of 185.70 out her account when you guys were suppose to came and got her furniture on the 2nd of this month. Now she’s saying they can’t come pick it up til the 15th. This store from the manager to the assistant manger is very unprofessional and rude and still waiting on them to pick up this stuff or I will rent a U-Haul and take it myself. And I called the 1800 number and nothing seemed to have happened on that end neither.
- ASApril SteeleFeb 25, 20261.0First the installers hooked up a drain hose with 4 kinks in it and upside down that caused the washer motor to burn up and my house to flood. Their solution.. move the washer to the middle of the room to get the kinks out. They bring out a new washer and still do not have the right hose, so they fashion 3 hoses together with clamps, later causing another leak into my house. I finally get to use the dryer and it runs for almost 2 hours not drying 3 t-shirts. When I call the store to tell them to just come pick up their stuff, I am done.. they have the audacity to blame my hookups for their lack of using correct hoses and the dryer not working. Not only that, but I have to store their appliances until they can get back out here over a week after I called. It was not MY hookups, it was THEIR pre-owned junk. I know this because I just bought new appliances from an actual furniture store with correct hoses that work great.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
