I had to pick my own order. I placed and paid for online at 2:37 pm i went to store after no email for 3 hours. I waited little longer while looking for other thimgs, and still didn't receive an email. After 5 hrs i picked my 16 item order in 20 minutes minus time it took to get vinyl runner cut and paint associate to tell me he doesn't know how to help with my paint questions because it was his 3rd day. I took the items to the Pickup Desk and asked if i could just have the items scanned and marked as finished and picked up. The lady told me Jorge i believe would be up soon to help. Apparently he was the one doing my order for 5 He's and his words were he was only half way done. Unacceptable. Then he even asked me where I found the #8 3/4 pan head screws. Unacceptable. This is now the 2nd week in a row with little to no help with $100+ orders. Lowes actually cost me $143 of unusable wood after the manager making me wait 20 minutes minimum for him to cut my lumber. I personally brought a list with exact cuts, and he decided to do it his own way to save wood. Well i now have $143 of lumber for my DIY that is absolutely Useless to me now due to the wrong measurements. I have documents, papers and receipts of everything i claimed. Lowes cost me a day of work, $150+, and I literally did an employees job and in the end i mad 2 trips in 2 weeks for absolutely Nothing. I cant get the time or money back.

Bad. Ordered curbside pickup online and was told under 3 hour wait. 6 hours later I had to go back and get the item myself. Got hung up on several times by ai and couldn't get a real person. Staff your stores better and pay your employees better.

Went to get anyone door. My husband asked for help and was told someone would come. Roughly 15 minutes later he found someone else that said someone would come right over. After waiting for roughly 15 minutes again, we decided to leave and look elsewhere.

Lowe's will rip you off they think it is OK to rob there customers I paid them $1500 to deliver a new refrigerator witch they did but the freezer did not work day one I called and told them and they told me they would see if they could get someone to fix it I told them I'm not buying one that is broke I want a new one or my money back they told me to kick rocks so I have a brand new $1500 fridge with no freezer they knew it was bad let's show them we won't put up with this in St Joseph Don't Shop Lowe's Boycott they acted like it was tuff what are you going to do about it and they will do it to you too as soon as you give them a chance just say NO To Lowe's

Good luck if you ever need to exchange anything or return anything, or find anything or find any person that’ll help you find something. I’ve had to go there twice this year and both times was infuriatingly frustrating. If you ever buy something from here, make sure you don’t ever need to exchange it because the battery doesn’t work. My mom had bought an electric mower. The battery went bad in a few weeks and wouldn’t charge. They would not exchange it or return it. It became a huge ordeal. They had managers in the back, testing it trying to get it to start finally, I threw big enough of a fit that they just exchanged it. I didn’t want to. I didn’t wanna be the asshole but when you’re a giant chain store like this and you sell a bunk product, don’t expect people to be happy when you tell them they have to go through the manufacturer because everyone knows if you have to go through a manufacturer for a warranty or exchange it will never happen.
