Nate and his crew installed our pool 3 years ago and were fantastic to work with. Nate is very easy to communicate with and he likes direct communication so he could come off as short but he and his crew are very busy in St. Joe! He was in my neighborhood picking up one of his kids and he stopped as I was walking the dog just to say high and chat so I assure you he is not rude, unlikable or hard to communicate with as some reviews have said. Nate and his crew have opened and closed our pool every year and it is crystal clear when we open it every time. His crew is polite and do an excellent job of problem solving, it is a pool and is mechanical so yes, things will go wrong and if you expect otherwise you should adjust your expectations! I couldn’t be happier with Nate, his crew and of the shop for water testing and chemicals along with instructions on how and when to use them.

Our overall experience was the best we have encountered in the pool provider arena and would highly recommend Nate’s services! From start to finish the installation went smoothly. They were tidy and respectful of their surroundings, stayed on schedule, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the pool industry. We are very pleased!
