We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Lowe's appliance delivery.
We purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven online for delivery to one of our rental properties. Our first delivery was scheduled between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM. We arranged for our contractor to stay late specifically to receive the appliances, only to have the delivery canceled by Lowe's due to time constraints on their end.
When we called to reschedule, we explained that we simply needed the delivery to occur anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM while our contractor would be at the property. The customer service representative assured us that a note would be added for the delivery team.
On the day of the rescheduled delivery, we were once again assigned a 3:30 PM–7:30 PM delivery window. We contacted the delivery warehouse, where we were told we were the last stop of the day and they could not accommodate an earlier delivery. Since no one would be at the property during that time, we canceled the delivery. To our surprise, we later received a notification stating that a delivery had been attempted and no one was available to receive it—even though we had already canceled due to the scheduling issue.
Today we contacted customer service again hoping to find a solution. Unfortunately, they were once again unable to accommodate a delivery between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on any day this month, stating they can only schedule deliveries within a broad 7:00 AM–7:00 PM window.
As a real estate investment company, we purchase appliances regularly, and reliable delivery scheduling is essential. We weren't asking for an exact time—just a delivery during normal business hours when someone could be present. Lowe's inability to accommodate such a reasonable request, combined with poor communication and repeated scheduling issues, has cost them our business going forward.

Paint desk & returns are slow to non-existent so expect to spend extra time. 5 minutes to get someone to the paint desk to acknowledge you & over 20 minutes to mix 2 gallons of paint while doing little to nothing else.

warning, warning, warning don’t waste your time coming to this damn store worst customer service ever extremely slow check out if you plan on buying any wood make sure to keep the receipt because the numbers do not match the lumber so when you go return it, they will tell you you stole it. Please save your time and save yourself from being pissed off. Go to Home Depot instead you will get better customer service and Home Depot knows what they’re talking about and has way better customer service and if you go return something at Lowe’s with no receipt, they will not return it at all they do not have store credit so so take my advice unless you like be ripped off, then go to Lowe’s last time I ever stepped foot in one I give them a -100 stars. They absolutely. Suck.

I ordered 4 items on May 6. 3 items were delivered on May 7. For the following 3 weeks I have followed up with Lowe's customer service and the store on 5 different occasions. I still have no resolution. They refuse to either give me the missing item or refund me. I keep being told it's been "escalated", and that the store will call me. The last time I called the store I was put on hold for 38 minutes until someone comes back and tells me they need 24 hours to "dot their is and cross their ts". It's absurd. Figure out your own failure and who to blame for it, but I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks + nor should I have to follow up with you 5 times. You should be following up with me, not the other way around. The 24 hours the store staff person needed was a week ago. This is ridiculous.
