I ordered from door dash 3 separate time for 3/8ths nuts and bolts and each time they picked out 1/4 nuts and 3/8ths bolts I know you guys pick door dash orders in house please stop hiring these collage kids who can't even read basic fractions what happened to the people who work they're actually knowing about the tools and where things are even when you go in person they make it feel like your the problem for shopping on there shift I was there yesterday and the guy at the register was snobby and then didn't even give me my bad I payed for nobody wants to deal with people who don't know anything about tools but then to be a prick to I gues you will hire anybody off the street now a days

Went to Lowe's needing a toilet replacement, install, and removal. Still waiting. Didn't get a call, went back and was told since they just received the order on Saturday, I wouldn't get a call until Monday or Tuesday on the following week. Not taking into consideration that this purchase was made days prior, and was told that I would be given a call within the first 24/48 hours of this order. However, 72 hours later, was told oh yeah, a week is normal time. It's the first time. I have purchased many things from Lowe's and this is the first, I've ever waited a whole week for a toilet replacement. Being disabled and waiting for a toilet is not a good look. I pray they do better. They are one of only two big box stores of It's type in the rural area I live in. And they know it. So, I'm as they say up a creek without a paddle, and no toilet!

This Lowes needs to shut down. Every delivery I have gotten there has been an issue. Whether it’s delayed or the wrong items shipped. It is impossible to get and answer out of anyone there. You will get transferred around and around to multiple people with no results. No callback. I built my whole house from this store. Will not purchase there again. They will tell you one thing but not keep their word. Whoever is in charge of running trucks needs to watch what they are doing. Added all up I probably have 12 hours of being on the phone with them over the course of time trying to fix my problems. Just pathetic.
