  This is the most uncomfortable and unnecessarily large sofa I’ve ever owned. I am personally so disappointed that we spent such an ostentatious amount of money on this thing..and $10,000 later, you have to put the whole thing together yourself (including the cover’s), which takes hours. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because of the color. Save your money, there are better options out there. Edit: Changed to one star because of a ton of new information I just received from corporate.

  While my experience at the store was positive and the guarantees all sounded good, along with the versatility, I’ve been incredibly disappointed overall. First of all, getting my sactional delivered and put together was a nightmare, even though it was paid for. And I hate my sactional. I got leather for durability and the seams are hard and unforgiving making it very uncomfortable to sit or lie on. The cushions don’t stay together so there are gaps between them. I also got the storage bases and they are slightly smaller than the regular bases and the Velcro doesn’t stick well to keep the cushions in place. As far as the added electrical—it’s a great idea in theory but by the time you put the cushions in place it’s very hard to utilize. I’m so disappointed in this sactional for what I paid. And I know there is a return timeframe, but mine hit when COVID-19 began so I couldn’t return it. I emailed customer service twice and they told me someone would contact me. It’s been 5 months and I’ve never heard from anyone. I wish I had never purchased this.

  We had a great experience with the team at LoveSac. They provided measurements, assisted with selecting colors to match our space and made the whole process pretty seamless. Can’t wait to get our new sactional!
