  Garret and Olivia were amazing in helping my wife and I pick out our sactional. We were probably a more demanding customer with tons of questions but Garret was really patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The sactional we got was everything we wanted. We actually already got some upgrades (additional panels etc). Putting together was fairly straightforward but took a little bit of time. Would recommend doing it with another person and watching the lovsac videos. Shipping time can take a while which is my only knock on the experience but the packaging and quality makes up for that. Go to Brentwood and have these folks help you find what you're looking for.

  We had such a great experience! Mia, our salesperson, demonstrated how the sactionals worked, showing us the connections and different configurations. She was more than patient with us while we were trying to decide what we wanted. We had the whole family with us and the kids were able to lounge around on the Lovesacs while we were finalizing the purchase. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend the store to anyone who is in the market for the most comfy couch ever!! I cannot wait to get it!!
