  I called to inquire about windows. The AI assistant would NOT transfer me to that dept. and would NOT transfer me to a live person. I will look elsewhere for my windows. It was insulting. Really.

  Worst experience ever!!! Trying to buy a fridge is stressful enough. If you ever needed a fridge, you know. I'm stressed about my groceries going bad and in 2026, groceries ain't cheap!!! I have a family to feed and I want them to eat safe food and we're trying to eat more whole foods so I don't want to get fast food or processed food. Had a hard time finding a lowes that would sell me a fridge. Imagine not selling a product because you can't show it to others to sell it until you get another one. Just crazy. As if online shopping isn't a big thing right now. This location had an okay but very limited selection of fridges they could sell. I chose the simplest and most well known brand Frigidaire out of all the foreign appliances I wasn't too familiar with. The fridge was a "garage ready" 19 cu ft and it was $650. A few days later I realize I'm having the same problem with this fridge as my last. Temp would not go below 40. Argh so stressed. It was difficult to get my home cool in the blazing and relentless summer heat but it was in my home and I just decided I shouldn't have to melt my butter to grab a cold drink. This fridge was failing at its one job. The only thing worse was lowes failures at customer service! They say you have a 2 day return period. Are you serious?? Fridges take at least 2 days to start working properly. Thankfully I bought on a lowes card which means I get 30 days to return.. how weird and ridiculous!! But what's worse, they can't simply have your replacement sent to the store for you to swap out, no... They want you to bring the old fridge for a refund then buy a new fridge... what!!!??? I'm right back to where I started. Now I know I don't want anything they have available in store so I'll have to wait 2 days without a fridge!!!?? 🤯 A lady recommends that I buy a new one out of pocket and have it delivered. Then bring the old one back and get a refund. So I reluctantly did. I had to borrow $300 to purchase a $700 LG fridge. When I brought the original fridge back whooooooo that was hell. It took 3 personnel one of them the assistant manager to redo my transactions. They told me at least 4 times that they could not do what I needed. I wanted my replacement fridge re-rung up on my Lowes card with a warranty. And I wanted my cash transaction refunded so I could pay people back. You would have thought I asked them to perform open heart surgery on me. Ugh.. this whole experience was such a joke. An hour later they finally had my order right at the customer service desk and I left.. such a headache and heartache.

  Wow, wow, wow!!! In all the years we've shopped at Lowe's, we've never been treated so poorly!! And apparently its not just us and not just today. We waited for nearly 30 minutes just to get someone to retrieve an item out of reach. We even checked on the status a couple of times. I finally went outside to see for myself and discovered the workers not doing anything. When we told the cashier to cancel our help request, she just looked at me and said "okay." As we walked out, we were told by other customers who overheard us say we were going to go to The Home Depot just to get some service. Those people also commented on the very poor customer service. Lowes, you should be ashamed of how badly things have gotten. I guess all our future large purchases will go to your competitors. So very sad!!!

  We had to drive from one Lowes to another because the items we checked on line were no longer available. Unfortunately, the clearance items were not on clearance, but the manager was very helpful .
