We had to drive from one Lowes to another because the items we checked on line were no longer available. Unfortunately, the clearance items were not on clearance, but the manager was very helpful .

Tried calling Ozark Lowe’s to get installation cost on water heater. Total nightmare!
1. All automated attendant are bad. This one was by far the worst so far. Unbelievable a competent manager would approve this. It’s cumbersome and difficult to get where you need to go. Once they start speaking you can’t stop them.
2. Finally got to plumbing to inquire about a quote for installation thinking Lowe’s might at least have a ballpark figure. Nope. The man never tried explaining the process and said to call customer service. I asked if I was supposed to know to ask the AI for Customer Service for this information. He said he didn’t set up the process.
3. Call again, after asking AI 3 times got to customer service. Lady proceeded to look for installation costs and couldn’t find them because they weren’t there. Another associate had to tell her that. Finally, said I needed to get a quote from third party.
4. Now I’m done, AI is awful experience, neither the guy in plumbing or the lady in Customer Service new what they were talking about so wanted to tell a manager about this terrible customer service experience. I did and she did explain the process of getting a water heater through Lowe’s but was unapologetic overall unconcerned about the difficulty experienced. She mentioned something about guy in plumbing not being trained. Getting hot water heater elsewhere.

Sorry guys, if there was a zero available for yesterday's visit, you'd get it.
Went to the return line first. Second in line. The man behind the counter (Caleb) was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge us at all. Eventually another associate came to help the first guy. Then told us he could do a return. By then we had been there a while without any indication from Caleb that we existed, so I asked this other individual to locate another associate for us. No one showed up, so my wife went looking. Eventually another person showed up and assisted us. By then three other people were lined up behind us who were also frustrated...we were there in line for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgement of our presence at all, and Caleb never summoned anyone himself.
Then, we waited another 10-15 minutes in the bath section, after requesting help on a bathroom vanity. They didn't have the displayed item and sent us packing another 30 miles to another location to get it.
Sorry guys, you get a zero from me. Your customer service skills at this Hollister location are lacking. We had no issues at the Ozark location. We wiill probably drive the extra 30 miles each way every time to avoid such behavior.
