  Best Pest Control is my go to for spraying my boat dock and "she shed" at Lake of the Ozarks. I no longer have to battle spiders and bugs with a broom! They are efficient and their service charge is extremely reasonable. Great folks!

  We pay for the monthly -annual preventative service and have discovered they haven’t really serviced our property because they can’t Find it! Yet we pay them for a service We “believe” is happening. Once we thought it was cleared up - we have continuing problems getting anyone to come to our lake house preventative spraying or responsive services! We’ve had hornets for over a month and they have never responded to come get rid of them. Is this the type of customer service you want? We can’t go outside our home due to the hornets. We have called numerous times and left Messages on what we needed services for and they were Never provided. Please Recommend a new reputable company ! Preferably one who does emergency calls !

  My previous service provider stopped servicing my area of the lake so I had to change providers. Unfortunately I landed on this one. I never had ants with my previous provider and now have an abundance of ants after going with Best Pest Control. When I asked them to come out and take care of the ants they would only do so for an additional charge. Terrible customer service. Canceled my service and going with one that my neighbor recommends.
