    I've had a front-row seat to the way Aaron's has treated my wife, a customer since 2016, and it's honestly embarrassing. She did exactly what a responsible customer is supposed to do. She contacted the store when her pay schedule changed, explained the situation, and was told notes would be placed on the account. Later, an employee admitted those notes were never entered. So either employees are telling customers things that aren't true, or management is failing to do the most basic part of their job. The result? Unnecessary collection calls, constant confusion, and a collection call at 7:16 AM that woke up our household. What's even more frustrating is the revolving door of management. Every few months there's someone new, nobody seems to know what's going on, and nobody takes responsibility when mistakes are made. One person says one thing, another says something completely different, and the customer is expected to deal with the fallout. After nearly 10 years of loyalty, this is how Aaron's treats customers? Poor communication, poor documentation, poor management, and zero accountability. If you're considering doing business here, document every conversation, every promise, and every payment. Apparently a customer's word means nothing, and neither do promises made by employees once management changes again. Aaron's talks a lot about customer service. Based on what I've seen, they should spend more time practicing it.

    They promised our delivery on Monday. Now they are telling us it won’t be there until Thursday.. poor communication and lack of management.

    If I could rate this store a 0 I would!... They have the worst customer service skills. They are rude! And they are way to high for the merchandise.. the gm actually called me 15 times in 20 minutes which is absolutely harassing!! Honestly I'd run far from this place. Employees are unprofessional and rude to say nicely but not to mention boyd the account employee is a rude sexist pig! Anyways I won't be returning or referring anyone there.

    I went into this location on a Saturday to shop for a washer and dryer. They had a reconditioned set that I thought would work. So i went ahead and signed paperwork. I went home and did some research after the fact. It turns out Lowes and Home Depot had the exact same sets new and Aarons was going to lease their used set to me for the same price if I went all the way through the lease terms. Sears Outlet was offering refurbished sets for approximately $400 less, for a set price of $659.00 for the combo. I asked if they would match the Sears Outlet price on a lease. The manager tried blowing smoke up my butt, and I had him contact his district manager. The best the district manager could do was $200 off Aaron's original price. Needless to say, I cancelled the contract and walked.
