  I picked out a recliner that was $499, and was in stock. By the time we were walking out, it was $850 but in stock....so we pulled the trigger. We ran the card and then she said it was in the repair shop and would be 6-8 weeks. It was like a bait and switch. Then, they said we had to wait for a check to get issue. Manager did get involved and credited our payment. We want to support local business. Truly disappointed.

  Everyone I dealt with at the O'Fallon store was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with Alexia Redus, the store manager. Alexia went out of her way to resolve an issue with delivery of an item we purchased. She went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. We will be sure to return for future needs and will recommend this store to our friends

  Keanna was very kind showing me all the different styles of power sofa recliners. She informed me of all the options that I could add to get the right sofa for my family. Great at helping pick the material from all the samples!

  Knew what I was looking for. Also found the matching end table to the sofa table that was purchased prior. Easy to work with and gets exactly what I’m looking for
