  We went in to purchase a new La-Z-Boy. We knew which model we wanted since we had purchased another several years ago. Emilio had us “test drive” a few others to make sure our tastes and preferences hadn’t changed. They hadn’t! However, our previous chair’s fabric was no longer available. Emilio located a sample of that old fabric to help us select a fabric for the new chair. He was very helpful and patient as we are not quick decision makers. We’re looking forward to receiving the new chair and putting it to use.

  Kirsten was very good at helping us get exactly what we wanted. She have us the space we needed to look at our options and make choices. No high pressure,which is what everyone wants when looking at new furniture. Good place to go for good quality furniture.

  The sales lady was wonderful. She gave us lots of tiime to shop and checked in regularly to answer questioons. Also, she did not try to upsell, but worked hard to meet our needs.

  Store had a large selection of lift chairs and recliners. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not in your face. He was available for questions and had the answers. We bought a lift chair that day.
