  I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for specifically. I was there to replace an existing reclining chair past its prime. I was encouraged to try some while what I wanted was looked up. Moments later I was directed to several chairs and bought 1 for delivery.

  After 12 years, I decided to replace my current stationary Lazyboy sofa with a different color and style but with the same quality craftsmanship and lasting comfort. Sales manager, Chamade, guided me through all of the options that fit my style, color preferences, and budget. We found the perfect pieces, and I cannot wait until they arrive in my home!

  We were extremely pleased with the beautiful appearance of the store and the huge selection. The chairs were all of tasteful design and extremely convenient features such as the remote control for the power chairs - brilliant idea. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend.

  Emilio was great and very patient with our testing various chairs and matching fabrics for our needs. He allowed us space and time for my husband and I to discuss our various options alone. Zero pressure.

  We found a chair we liked. Our salesperson quoted a price. We decided to get it and our salesperson started the paperwork. She gave us a total that was quite a bit more than just the tax on the purchase so I questioned why. She explained there was a $90 charge for delivery. We said we'd just pick it up when it came in. She said, no, they only deliver and pick up wasn't an option. I feel like the price quoted was basically a bait and switch tactic. If pick up isn't an option, then quote the price with the delivery up front from the beginning. I doubt I'll be going back to that store in the future. The chair however is very nice.
