- MJMelinda JarvisMay 21, 20241.0I had an appointment for 5/21 to get my pool opened. Received a call on 5/20 stating they are on their way to open our pool. I let the person know no one was home and our appointment was for the next day. I specifically asked the technician if she knew the order for the appointment the next day. She said she would let us know when she was on her way. The appointment was between 7 am and 4 pm. 3:30 rolls around and they still haven't shown up. I call the office and was told the technician took off at 1 today. My significant other took the day off work to be there. No one bothered to let us know it would not be happening today. Incredibly poor customer service, I was being told I was irrational.
