Was quoted way higher by others that would also not call before showing up, then ring bell, wait 5 seconds, and then leave. Then send a $100 bill for driving out. Watersmith gave me a flat rate and didn't need anyone home to do the test and they submitted it to city for me. I would definitely recommend them.
