I would've given 5 stars, because their employees are nice and the store itself is nice.
But there's 2 flock cameras pointed directly at the parking lot on one of their light poles and on the other end of the parking lot, so they get a one.
Surveillance of your customers to earn money from shady AI tech companies is disgusting, and whoever approved those cameras should be ashamed and shunned by their peers.

My name is Diana from neosho mo and I ordered $790+ lumber paid with my lowest card on Wednesday 16th of September and was assured delivery the next day on the 17th. I waited and waited with no delivery and no call from anyone.. I called just to be put on hold until the phone hung up.. my husband called and they told him their driver quit and they were getting drivers out of Arkansas lowes . Their other driver had run out of hour. Then my husband handed me the phone and he told me it would be the following Monday.. then they called me Sunday and said it might be next Friday the 25th but might not be then either.. I finally told them to cancel the order.. I felt they were giving me the run around and delivery to the big contractor and the hell with the Lil man.. There management " well apparently they have none"......

The staff at the Neosho Lowe’s are honestly the only reason I continue to shop at Lowe’s.
Every time I’ve needed help, the employees here have been friendly, patient, and willing to step in and try to make things right. That deserves recognition, especially because lately I’ve had repeated issues with the products themselves. I’ve bought items that were missing important parts, and I recently had a Husqvarna saw fail within a month of purchase.
It’s frustrating to spend good money on name-brand products and then have to deal with missing components or equipment that breaks almost immediately. The Neosho team has consistently been the bright spot in those situations.
Lowe’s corporate needs to take a harder look at product quality and quality control, because the store staff should not have to keep cleaning up problems caused by the merchandise being sold. I’ll continue giving the Neosho location my business because of the people who work there, but the product issues are making that loyalty harder to justify.

Shelly at the Lowe's in Neosho is top tier. We just completed our kitchen which Shelly helped us completely redesign. Cabinets, pantry, island, floors Shelly knows it all. She helps us match older cabinets, and met with me not 1 or 2 times but nearly 6 x so I could get it right. She helped us get the best prices, installation, and helped when any part of the process went wrong. Everytime I bring up Neosho lowes, people say "oh have you met Shelly, she knows what shes doing."
Additionally she was kind, knowledgeable about way more then her field and really took time to make our remodel way better then if we just did it alone. We could NOT have done this without Shelly. Thank you so much.
