So you're telling me I need to dig out a receipt from 2 years ago when it literally says lifetime hassle-free guarantee on the tool? What's the point of the customer service desk if they have the same authority as a cashier. What's the point of buying Kobalt tools anymore? Might as well go to harbor freight

Employees will look at a line of 7 people with lumber and not open another register, they just sit and stare. Instead of hiring young people who want to work they fill the break room like a nursing home so they don't have to pay a competitive wage. I used to be able to ask an employee to help me load something, now I have to ask someone's grandma to call someone from the back to help. One time when i tried to shop, half the parking lot was taken up by a virtual reality zoo, which made the saturday hardware store rush into a nightmare, where the only line open at the lumber department turned into a snack vendor for the zoo. I waited 10 minutes in line to buy 1 item. I'd almost consider making the drive to joplin so I don't have to visit this Lowe's.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
