- MNMark NeelsJun 1, 20261.0Called this tree service to handle a broken limb on one of our trees in the back yard. They sent me a quote—which was lower than their competitors—but then never confirmed a date to do the work. I called and spoke to the same woman multiple times. Eventually, a man named Alec called to say he would take care of it the following week. A week went by, and the guy never showed. When I called them the next Monday, I got the same woman on the phone and I informed her that Alec never showed, she had the nerve to say “well, we probably had other projects.” She was going to hang up and call him but I said “wait, please. We need to know that he is going to do this job. If he can’t, we’re ready to go with a competitor, but we wanted to give you our business.” She then said: “I would go with the competitor.” C.R.A.Z.Y. Do not use this service. There are way more professional ones in the area. They may underbid the others, but you get what you pay for.

They handled scheduling the line drop with the utility company, showed up on time, and safely removed a large tree from our property. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. On top of that, their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend them for any tree removal needs in the St. Louis area.
