This Lowe's location (especially Andre and Chris with customer service) is excellent!! They cleaned up a Fairview Heights, IL Lowe's disaster. Fairview Heights, IL delivered an extremely damaged lawn mower and refused to make it right! They didn't find a replacement in the St.Louis area and just said it was "out of stock and we would get one when it's back in stock"... guess what... we had to do the leg work and found one at the Maplewood MO store! Where they took, again,
excellent care of us and exchanged it out! Thank you Chris and Andre !!!!

Spent $750 on a new washer at Lowe's last weekend, only to realize if it was up to Lowe’s, I was out 750 bucks, because my new washer isn’t working right.
The GE washer skips around, dancing across the floor, coming off the little concrete pedastle where it sits next to the dryer in our basement. And while water goes into it – Lowe's crews hooked it up – it starts draining as soon as we turn it on. The clothes get wet, but I’m not sure they are ever soaking in any soapy water. The washer doesn’t seem to retain water; it just passes it right through.
Customer Service told me since my two days were up, I would have to contact GE. That was pretty much the end of it, as far as she was concerned.
Aside of any “company policies,” no one at Lowe’s seemed to give a crap that I spent $750 and had nothing to show for it. Just a phone number for a major corporation… and good luck. I even told her – we’ll be exchanging it for another washer, because we have a “gift card” from our home warranty company.
Nothing.
I told her, “I will call GE, but I’m also calling this guy.” And I pointed to the manager's photo and the Share Your Lowe’s Experience poster next to customer service. And I did. Still waiting to hear back from him, by the way. I called twice, and was told he doesn't have voicemail.
FYI, GE told me that the “skipping” is an installation issue. And GE, by the way, was very accommodating. Their technician will be arriving Monday to attend to it, and it’s under a one-year warranty.

Due to poor communication from Lowes, our stackable washer dryer was delivered without all parts. Delivery team was unwilling to install the washer without stacking and instead told us to reschedule the entire installation.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
