  Our salesman, Shane Rollins, was very patient & polite to us old people, gave us all the time and information even repeating info until we could choose our 2 chairs, fabric, color and select the right padding. There was no high pressure sales or fast talk. Being respectful to Shane because he was so personable, we told him if he got a call, to take it. We were impressed with him, the Lay-Z-Boy product, were buying and not going anywhere! We were looking for 1 chair, bought 2 and will return soon for another Lay-Z-Boy loveseat. The two we had got LOTS of use, were about 15 years old and deserved their retirement. Thank you for making us feel like valued customers. Betty and Mike Lange

  We love the chairs. Our backs are now pain-free. I gave 3 stars as customer service is unremarkable. This was a significant purchase of 2 fully automated recliners with delivery. Our salesman did not bother to circle back to make sure all went well, that we're satisfied and content. Our customer loyalty is at jeopardy if La-Z-Boy couldn't care less after the credit card charge clears.

  Ordered a recliner only seen online. Got excellent information from Shane over the phone first and then he helped me order within minutes the next day. I went with Lazyboy because the product and warranties and amenities gives you your monies worth. They professionally deliver, set up and stand by their products.

  Lazy Boy west county was sooo helpful in designing our hearth room space and the delivery crew that came ensured all items worked and were exactly where we wanted them placed. Did not want frumpy recliners but wanted the reputed comfort of a lazy boy recliner. Michelle found us a streamlined modern recliner that we haven’t left since they’dve been delivered. Well done!

  My experience was a five star! I’ve been to their showroom a couple times. Decided to try out the designer in-house service. The appointment was a breeze to schedule and convenient with my busy work schedule. Their designer, Michele, was a perfect match. She helped me visualize ‘comfort meets classic’ style for my family room. After the initial appointment, Michele revealed her design and it was exactly what I wanted and more! Can’t say enough good about this location and the staff. Shout outs to Michele and Shane for their excellent service. Thank you!
