The price started going up immediately after Extra Space took over. They fired the great manager, and started increasing prices. My unit tripled. The AC and heat disappeared unless you paid more and elected to move your stuff. The facility immediately got dirty and has been pretty much uncleaned now for over a year. They lure you in with a cheap rate, and immediately raise it. On-site management appears to only worry about money, not cleanliness. Pretty sorry place at present, has steadily decreased in quality since Extra Space took over.

What a good experience. Had a large space for a yesr, wanted a smaller space, Andrew helped me get the smaller space and get out of the bigger space on lne and phone, and I moved my stuff all done in 2 hours. 5Star.
