Staff in nursery were just sitting on the checkout stand playing on their phones. In interrupting the young man to ask if they had the flowers we wanted, he couldn't be bothered to look it up and just said, maybe over there and just randomly pointed. Pathetic. I'll continue to drive further to go to the N Oak location for true customer service

Today we went to order a door after ours was damaged in a storm. We had an idea of what we wanted to do we looked online, but couldn’t find what we were looking for. We went in and spoke to Beth and she sent Chris over to assist us. He greeted us kindly and took us back to the door area. He helped us build a door. He gave us advice on product points that we were unsure of. He patiently walked us through each step and helped us select all the right options for our door. He was very transparent with us about delivery time so we knew what to expect before completing the ordering process. We’re so grateful for his support and will be returning to this location due to his help. Beth was also very, kind and friendly to us at check out. The store looked very clean and organized and we were asked serval times as we were shopping if we were finding what we needed. Overall a great experience at this location!

Just total lack of communication within this store! If you dare to order a product from another company such as Trex, there's a very good chance you will get the wrong order or delivery date and don't expect the Pro Desk staff to notify you if you never receive it! We've had over 6K tied up in Trex materials for over a month and the rude manager, Brian refuses to refund our money back so we can go forward with our deck project.I've also tried to get rug installed in my home and they just couldn't handle it and screwed up the order and I waited 2 months and finally had to cancel. I really hate giving Lowe's in Liberty a bad review because their customer service has been good inside the store to help find things, but the Pro Desk Center has been very stressful, poorly managed and has screwed up our order five times already with no end in sight.

Normally Lowes is a vary reliable store except for locating someone to help you. Bought a Magna lawn tractor battery $89. Got it home put it in mower and nothing. I took it to Batteries plus and they did a free check. Of course brand new battery was dead(never been used). I find it hard to believe these stores dont do checks on there inventory of batteries. Least I learned that Lowes in Liberty cant be trusted for lawn tractor batteries, wonder what else they let slip through the cracks....
