My door handle fell apart, so I took all the parts to Lowe’s and asked for help. Steve who may or may not be related to Santa was a great help. He explained in detail and showed me how to put it back together. All I needed was one screw to fix it. Thanks so much Lowe’s for having such a wonderful employee.

Why all the license plate readers and flock cameras in the parking lot? It's a retail store, yet it's wired up like a prison. What do you do that to your customers? I'm done shopping here.
Not to mention, did a delivery order, got sent broken parts, and now it's my problem to take it back to the store despite the promises from the customer service agent on the chat it would get fixed.

I recently needed a new hot water tank so I decided to stop by Lowes to see if they could help me find a replacement. I waited for 20 minutes by the appliances section, not a single worker came or offered to assist.
Decided I had enough and went to Home Depot- I was immediately asked if I needed assistance and a worker helped me in finding the right replacement that fit the measurements and BTU's. He even informed me on an expansion unit that the installing company would likely overcharge me on, and told me he would be happy to assist if I had any questions on wanting to do it myself. I informed him that I am a carpenter as is my father and father in law, and we don't mix plumbing with carpentry. He laughed, handed me a business card, and told me they would be calling in 20 minutes. (They did).
I went back to Lowes to compare prices- 10 am and still not a single worker was in the appliances section. I went to find someone, they said they would call for assistance; waited 10 minutes, nobody came. I asked again, they called for assistance, nobody came. By now there was a line of people, we asked for assistance and a worker came.
I told her I needed a 54" water tank with 38,000 BTU.. she walked me to the electric tank section. I told her that my tank was gas, these were electric and she looked confused and asked "Why would they make electric tanks for water?"
I will most definitely go to Home Depot from here on out when needing assistance.
