- SHStacey Houser1 day ago2.0Terrible service. The staff acts like I am bothering them to buy flooring. Customer service desk lady was rude, then bounced from 2 registers, instead of dealing with 1 customer at a time. Her negligence cost me a lot of money on flooring - that was the wrong color- she ordered gray , i gave her product for oak- of course I didn’t know until it was to late. Had the flooring for willcall the next day for my installer to pick up and install- to late to return in by the time I saw it, installers had already installed 1/2 my flooring. 3 days later ordered kitchen cabinets, paid for delivery- 3 cabinets were damaged- didn’t know until we open the boxes, then had to return the cabinets (personally)just to get another 3 damaged cabinets- no discount no sorry no offering to refund delivery. When ordering cabinets told the gentleman we needed custom countertops- he said you can wait. 4 days later I’m told there is a 5 week wait for custom!!Poor customer at this LOWES!!! Should have went to HOME DEPOT!!

Tried returning several items I purchased at Lowe’s, unopened in original Lowe’s package and was told I could not return the items. I was planning on making another purchase at same time as the return but they would not issue a store credit for the return items because I did not have my receipt for the original cash purchase. As a contractor, I’ll start making my purchasing at your competitor if I can no longer return items that are not needed.

He was familiar with the department and from the outside of the store directed us to the correct aisle. Once inside, he found us and helped us get every single piece of the piping that we were trying to rebuild. Over and above great job Lamon(d?). Never have been greeted this quickly and treated so wonderfully by any employee at a big box store. And on a Sunday!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
