We had to buy a new fridge, and decided to purchase through Lowe’s. Unfortunately, the people delivering and “installing” the fridge damaged the waterline when pushing the fridge into place. When met with resistance they gave 2 big shoves instead of seeing what the fridge was in the way and causing the resistance. When the fridge was shoved into place water began pouring out from under it. The man installing it replied that it wasn’t his problem and they don’t fix those. Very unprofessional and rude. Per customer service we will have to wait any where from 1 day to 6 months for them to repair the damage they caused, which renders the ice maker useless during that time. Would not recommend wasting money on installation if ordering appliances from Lowe’s.
