    I wish there was a zero star option. We are now 18 days in our beautiful new home with a GE double oven that does not work. It seems that Ferguson has absolutely no responsibility for any appliance once delivered and installed in your home. Ferguson has ZERO skin in the game to ensure that a product YOU BUY from them is actually going to work. One would think they would ensure the appliance works upon installation. That never happened. When you call Ferguson, you get absolutely nothing but "call the manufacturer". We would have been better off purchasing from Amazon. So please - as we wait yet another day for a third service call from GE, avoid the angst and go somewhere else with your hard earned money.

    Would not recommend using Ferguson in Lees Summit. Built a new home and had several issues with my appliances and when it came time to finish the home they had no idea what I had a ordered, paid for and the invoice was nightmare and you couldn't find anyone who knew how to fix the issue. I bought JennAir appliances and have had issues since I got them. Recently called about my refrigerator leaking and of course it was "outside the warranty by a couple of month". The refrigerator is a little more than a year old. No desire to help. I wish builders would stop using them. Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowes have been far better in the past with appliances, warranties, and cost. Also management save yourself some time and do not respond with your obligatory generic response I am not interested.

    I went here yesterday walk in and walked through the whole store. I was not greeted nor approached. Guy at the desk looked right at me and didn't say one word to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!!
