Shout out to the guy in Lumber at this Lebanon store! He helped us out tremendously with cutting up a board just right. Since we were camping, we were at a loss with the limited tools we brought and he saved the day (well, actually the whole camping trip)!! My husband is now able to fix the canopy /gazebo and we will back on vacation in no time. Many thanks to the helpful employee who bailed my husband out today!

I recently purchased a zero turn mower from this Lowe’s that was delivered and did not work upon arrival. The purchase was over $4000 and I would expect this issue to be taken seriously. When attempting to communicate with this store through their representatives, they decided to arrange an exchange without my permission that would have taken two more weeks to arrive. I decided to go with another store and arranged for them to pickup the mower; however, the soonest they could pick up the mower was another week. I was informed that the refund would not be granted until after they receive the mower after picking it up. This is absolutely unacceptable that I was charged for a non-working product in the first place and asked to wait to be made right. I will not be using Lowe’s for future needs or projects.

My elderly mother and I went in today, to get some lumber to build a wheelchair ramp, Some young guy came over to "help" We told him what we needed and he acted like we were an inconvenience or something. We told him we needed the wood cut in half and he lied and told us the saw didn't work. I informed him that I called yesterday and was told it was working at this time. He said well, it works when it wants to. I said let's see if it will work today otherwise it won't fit in my car. He got huffy and walked away and parked the cart of wood and stared at us like he didn't really want to be there. After a few minutes, he never cut the wood or even tried so we left. Obviously we will not be going back to the Lebanon store. I gave 1 star because the girl at the register was friendly and an older gentleman was on the forklift working. Everyone else was standing or sitting around talking to one another instead of helping people. If you want to feel like an inconvenience by all means go and ask for the young man it lumber. He will do that really well.

Not my normal store...I came to the Lebanon store because it was about 35-40 minutes from the job. I needed 10) 36 inch concrete stakes (rebar pins). I found a pack of 10) which is supposed to be $69 before tax. They rung them up as individual ones and they are $11 a piece before tax. They said, "to my knowledge we dont sell the 10) packs." The pack was bundled up in 10 pieces. He said, " its just wrapped that way for transport." Then he told the check out person, " did you ring those up as singles?" She said " yes" and he said, " OK" and walked away.. Yall be the judge of this transaction
