This rating is for Linda. If you get Linda as the "manager" who helps you with your issue, just save yourself the time and ask for someone else. Got a brand new washer and dryer delivered. Dryer did not work on arrival. Immediately I went to the store and Linda, the "manager" told me I had to wait until Tuesday or, "buy another one". As if that is a practical option. Naturally I waited until Tuesday. I stated very clearly that I work during the day during the week, that's why initial delivery was on the weekend. I get a call on Tuesday from the delivery drivers that said not only was delivery scheduled during the time I wouldn't be home, but also technically there would not be a delivery at all because Linda had entered the quantity for delivery as 0 instead of 1. The delivery driver basically had to inform me that the "manager' didn't do her job right. Called back, spoke to a real manager and ended up getting my dryer on Thursday instead.

When in to the PRO desk here and had just learned none were available on a Sunday. Well that didn't stop the drive from one employee he helped us along the long drawn out day He was fabulous Mark was patient gave helpful tips and made sure we had a delivery date and even called later in the day to give exact dates of deliveries We are building a house so it took a ton of time at least 6 hours in that store Fabulous customer service 5 stars for Mark
